1. Payments, Refund or Cancellation

  • Payment must be made at the time of placing order by bank transfer, credit / debit card or at the time of delivery by cash (if available). Failure to pay on time will result in the cancellation of your order.
  • For all customized cakes, the final payment is due 72 hours prior to the event and for any cancellation 72 hours prior to the date of the delivery, 100% payment will be refunded.
  • In case of cancellation between 72-24 hours prior to the date of the delivery, 50% of payment will be refunded.
  • Under the unlikely and rare instance, we are not able to make a delivery, we will ensure that you get 100% refund of your money. No other claims apart from the refund will be tenable.
  • In case of any cancellation made 24 hours or less prior to the date of delivery, no money will be refunded.
    Refunds will not include tax, shipping charges, credit/debit card processing fee in any of the refund circumstances.
  • In case orders placed fail to be delivered within the provided time slot, no cancellations or refunds can be requested.
  • Minimalistic and cosmetic damages like
    • Name/ message on cake not written or incorrectly written
    • Name and message not attached
    • Cream/ decoration on cake/ packaging issues will not be eligible for refunds/ replacements until unless they are severely damaged.
  • There is no cancellation for orders placed under the ‘Same Day Delivery’ category
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order any time without any prior notice. Due to uncertain occasion / disaster like rain, strike, earthquake or any similar natural or public incident, if we are unable to deliver on the specified order date, the same order would be delivered on the next day.

2. Complaints/ Grievance

We take your feedback very seriously and aim to respond within 12 business hours. All complaints should be addressed to support@meltco.in, and we assure to assist provided it is brought to our attention within 24 hours of delivery.
