• For all same day orders, orders have to be placed before 2 PM . All orders made after this shall be considered for delivery the next day. Minimum delivery time from time of order is 4 hours.
  • Delivery timings are between 10 AM to 7 PM. Our team will do its best to deliver at the promised time. However, we cannot commit 100% efficiency in delivery timing. Refunds will not be given for delayed deliveries.
  • Delivery timings may differ in case of special days or due to natural calamities such as weather conditions, riots, peak hour days like Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Eve etc. Under extreme and rare cases, if we are not able to make a delivery we will ensure that you get 100% refund of your money. No other claim apart from the refund will be tenable.
  • We will not be responsible for any mistake in the delivery address, incomplete details or any other incorrect details submitted on the website, in such case if the order is not delivered because of the incorrect details, payments made shall not be refunded.
  • If the delivery address changes after the order has been confirmed, additional charges may be added to cover extra mileage.
  • Only one attempt for delivery can be made due to the perishable nature of the product. Please confirm availability of recipient before choosing delivery time. If recipient is not available at the time of delivery, second attempt will not be made and order will be cancelled. No refund will be made in such case.
  • Execution of the order will be considered successful and complete in case of permission not granted to our delivery executive to enter the delivery location. For example the orders where delivery locations are premises like hospitals, Govt agencies, societies, resorts hotels, any personal or public property, etc. and the recipients number is not reachable.
  • If delivery is done through delivery partners, it is the participating supplier’s sole responsibility to ensure delivery in a timely manner.
  • Delivery beyond the Municipal limits of Chennai city will not be possible. In such instances we or our partner supplier will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
  • Additional charges may apply if the delivery location is far from our serviceable area. We may cancel the order if delivery location is not in our serviceable area.
  • Any request for change in any order details, items, time of delivery, or delivery address/ location are only accepted before the cake/ product is made on the delivery date.
